Dispatch Time

Loose gemstones are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.

Jewellery settings (rings, pendants, etc.) may take 10 business days to design and dispatch.

Depending upon the simplicity/complexity of design, it can also be dispatched earlier.

Orders with additional lab certification may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery Time
All domestic orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and FedEx. Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.

Flat ₹4,000 (~USD 45) for Express Shipping.

Postal Shipping Option at ~₹1020 (~USD 12) available for orders below ₹50,000 (~USD 588) to select countries:
USA, Australia, New Zealand, Bhutan, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

Special Case: For any unforeseen shipment charge to any country, customer will be informed at the time of purchase over call or WhatsApp chat.
Delivery Timelines

Express Shipping: 4–7 business days (via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or equivalent).

Tracking and Safety
All shipments—domestic and international—are securely packed using tamper-evident, impact-resistant packaging. We ensure every package at no additional cost to the customer.
Tracking IDs and updates are shared via email once your order is shipped.
Customs, Duties & Local Taxes

Many countries, including USA, Canada, and EU, have zero or minimal duties on loose gemstones.

For accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend checking with your local customs authority.
In the rare event that a package is refused or returned after dispatch, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties. The buyer may choose to have the shipment delivered to an alternate address by informing our sales team. Any additional expenses incurred in this process will be borne by the buyer
Refunds (applicable only for stones costing less than ₹50,000) will be processed after we receive the returned product, minus all applicable charges.

Some courier partners may have restrictions on shipping specific gemstones or jewellery types. In such cases, we will ship via the most reliable alternate method (e.g., EMS Speed Post).

Certain gemstones like Amber and Ammolite are not shipped internationally due to legal restrictions.

For high-value shipments, your country may require personal identification for customs clearance (e.g., Tax ID, SSN, etc.). We suggest checking with your local courier or customs office.
