Eligibility for Return

Customers must initiate returns within 10 days of receiving the product.

Gemstones valued under ₹1,00,000 are eligible for return with a full refund of the gemstone’s value.

Gemstones priced above ₹1,00,000 will be eligible for return with 10% deduction from original gemstone’s value.

Refunds for gemstones are subject to inspection of their condition. We kindly advise customers to return gemstones in their original condition, with utmost care.
Refund Timelines & Process

Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned item in its original, unused condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment (bank account, credit card, or wallet) used during the purchase.
Return Shipping & Deductions

The cost of return shipping along with any applicable duties, taxes, or unforeseen charges will be borne by the customer.

Please ensure that the return shipment is securely packaged and trackable, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

Shipping charges, GST/VAT, customs duties, or any other non-gemstone-related costs incurred during the purchase are non-refundable.

Any additional Certification (if requested by customer) cost will not be refunded.
